The remodeling crew member is a full-time staff member working Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 6PM so that every weekend is a three day weekend. All crew report to our Tri-Cities office in Johnson City, Tennessee daily. The crew member will assist with the remodeling of homes that have been acquired with varying ages and degrees of updating previously completed on them.

The crew member will primarily be working with a crew leader on each project lasting 3-6 weeks. The responsibilities will include purchasing materials, handling materials, turning in receipts, delivering to the site, cleaning, and assisting other crew members throughout the length of the project. One primary responsibility will be painting walls, trim, doors, etc. neatly and as directed by the crew leader.

The crew member MUST be responsible for being on time daily and be consistent with a positive attitude and hard work for 40 hours weekly of guaranteed time.

Some prior construction skills are a big plus, but not required as training on the job is included that can lead to promotions and raises if you're consisntently willing to show up, listen, learn, and work.
